 13---All information such as estimate delivery time, tracking number (if applicable) and all other delivery related information are provided by an independent delivery service. We do not and will not make any decision for them.

 14---styleup.ca is not and will not make any decision the independent delivery service, since they are independent and are separate from us.

 15---Customer will be responsible for any cost or extra cost resulted from any incorrect shipping address, billing address and other customer provided information.

 16---Third-party partner offers their own delivery options and delivery information, styleup.ca does not and will not make any decision for them. It is the third-party partner's responsibility to contact with the customer.

 17---Customer's ordering with third-party partner website are subject to third-party partner's delivery policies.

 18---It is the customer's responsibility for any custom fee and other related charges (if applicable), which are from the customer's place of residency. Styleup.ca or our partners will not responsible for the custom fee or related fee. 

 19---Customer are responsible for any taxes and custom fee, from customer's country of residency. Styleup.ca and our partners will not responsible for the taxes, custom fee and any other fee that is require for product which is/are deliver to customer's country of residency. 

 20---All delivery information and waiting time are estimate.

 21---All orders are subject to 2-3 weeks of processing time and delivery time are generally between 15-40 days, however it depends of inventory, customs, delivery address, and other un-controllable factors such as weather, pandemic, strikes and others. Therefore, delivery time may take longer that the general delivery time. 

 22---Although delivery service trying their best to delivery multiple items at the same time, items may arrive in separate shipment(s). 

 Cancellation

 23---Although we try to do our best for our customer, we currently doesn't offer cancellation for styleup.ca. However, exception MAY be made depends on case by case base and as such, customer MAY subject to restocking fee and other charges.

 24---Cancellation from our third-party partner website will subject to their cancellation policies. Styleup.ca does not and will not make any decision for them. Customer are requiring to contact directly to the third-party partner website.

 Return Policy

 25---We are doing our best to help our customer, but at this stage styleup.ca does not have any return or exchange policies. All sales are final.

 26---If customer purchase from third-party partner website, customer will be subjected under third-party partner's return policies. They reserve the right to change without notice.

 27---If non-third-party partner product(s) has/have factory defect, customer are require to submit prove by providing us video clips, photo, and other means. We will transfer all related information to the supplier and/ or manufacture.

 29---For Third party partner product, all warrenty are provided by the third-party partner. All decision will be made by the third-party partner. All rules and policies will therefore from the third-party partner. Customer may require to have direct communication with the third-party partner. Styleup.ca does not and will not make any decision for the third-party partner.

 31---We are using reputable check out/payment processing platform to ensure safe shopping experience for customer.
